At the Surf Area (to Auto Surf) what information will be there to know and understand about how to use the Exchange?
There will be: (a) Open Account: to go back to your personal member area and sections. (b) Open Site: to view the current website currently seen at the surf area (while surfing) in a new window. ( c ) Report Site: to send an Abuse Report to the website owner and administrators, about the site currently seen at the surf area while surfing websites that break the Exchange Rules or Terms and Conditions, by having pop-ups, showing inappropriate contents, and so on. (d) Surf Timer: to see the current seconds it takes to view one website before another is shown at the surf area. (e) Credits Earned: the amount of credits currently received while you are surfing. (f) Website Numbers: the site number assigned to the website you are seeing at the surf area while surfing. (g) Other Buttons: to temporarily pause/stop the surfing, to see the previous site or to go to the next one. (h) Text Link Ad: the text information and link, click on this will open in a new window to see the website. (I) Banners Advertised: the current banner showing at the surf area, click on this will open the site in a new window.

(PLEASE NOTE: At the Manual Surf area you will see similar but some slightly different information, such as, the matching number or object to click on to continue manually surfing)

How do I earn credits? (Surfing, Referral and Purchase)
You earn credits by logging into your account and surfing, referring others to the site with your Referral URL, visiting paid to click ads, or purchasing credits from the exchange administrator from within your User Area.

When I am surfing, how much credit will I earn to my Account?
Free Members will normally receive 0.75 - 0.80 credit for each site they view for 18 - 20 seconds (auto surfing), while paying members will receive 1 - 1.2 credits for each site they view for 15 - 18 seconds (auto surfing.) For Manual Surfing, the credits will be 0.5 for 15 seconds and 1 - 1.2 credits for 10 - 12 seconds, for FREE and PAID Subscriptions Members, respectfully.

While surfing, you will see the amount of credits you have earned for the day. Free Members are allowed to add 3 websites and banners. Paying Members are allowed to have from 7 - 12 websites and banners.

Will Members receive BONUS or EXTRA Credits and on what available terms?
Please Note: Each New Member will receive Bonus Credits (usually about 1,000 - 5,000 Auto Credits and 100 - 250 Manual Credits) just for joining this Exchange. PLEASE NOTE: Each New Member will have to surf the stated amount of websites, before they receive the Bonus Credits, as seen when they log in to the Members Area.

All our members (free and paying) are eligible to earn FREE EXTRA credits. They can do so by clicking on the extra credits bonus link while surfing, referring New Members to the Exchange, reporting members who ABUSE or break the rules by Sending Abuse Reports (such as when they see an unacceptable website while surfing or if a website has pop-ups or breaks the surf frame). Members usually receive 500 FREE Credits for each correct Abuse Report. More and Extra FREE Credits ( and possibly CASH PAYMENTS) will be offered during our Referral Contests, for example, at various times.

How do I refer others AND can I use my surfing URL to earn credits?
Log in to your User Area and click referral link and banners to get your banners and referral URL to promote this site. No. You can only advertise the banners we provide and the referral URL.

Can I promote my membership referral URL at this same exchange?
No. You cannot submit your referral URL for promoting at EasyTE http://easyte.a1te.com - People who are surfing this exchange are already members and do not need to see your membership referral URL.

Can I sell my credits that I have accumulated to the administration?
No

What is your REFUND procedure or Policy?
This exchange owner will refund money paid in error or by mistake via the same means it was received or by appropriate secure methods, in full or less the costs charged by the online processing company, such as PayPal.com secure website services. But no refund or payments will be made to any member who breaks the rules (such as, when he/she submitted websites/banners/links that are not acceptable, according to the Exchange agreed terms and policy conditions) if that person is a paying subscription member or purchased credits for personal use, among other reasons

Can I just join and surf?
Yes. But we encourage all our members to submit at least one site for viewing to other members so they remain an active member and be eligible with active URL in rotation at all times.

What sites are allowed and NOT allowed at this exchange?
This Exchange will generally accept family and business friendly sites for a general audience. Your website MUST NOT BE: adult oriented (pornographic) hateful, racist, illegal, have gambling/poker, request personal sensitive information (such as SSN in the USA) or have illegal automatic downloads, be frame breakers or have pop-ups, and other likewise sites that are not acceptable, in content, name or otherwise. In general, each website must conform to the following rules: The site must not have any pop-up, exit windows, virus, slide-ins, fly-ins or layered ads. The site must not break out of frames. The site must not ask user to download or download anything automatically. The site must not force automated email sending. The site must not use any forwarding or redirection. The site must not be a rotator. The site must not have audio and auto play devices. The site must not deliberately stall or delay surfing. The site must not have I-frames that send bogus hits to other sites. The site must not have deliberately concealed codes. Importantly, no YouTube, MySpace or any Video websites with auto play enabled are allowed. Your websites MUST be in English. Any website that is discovered to be infected by malware, spyware and other dangerous software devices will not be approved for viewing.

If I surfed all day and night, but my account credit is still at zero, what does this mean?
Your credits earned from surfing are automatically assigned to your sites.
